CASE · SHOPIFY CATALOG RE-ARCHITECTURE · LIVE BUILD

One catalog, twelve tangled listings.
Rebuilt into a system that scales.

Explore To Win is a US language-learning publisher selling books and courses on Shopify. The catalog had grown ad hoc — each product a standalone listing, tracking wired inconsistently, reviews scattered, and ad analytics that couldn't cleanly attribute per format. The brief: a templatized catalog they can scale, and an ad-tracking architecture that actually holds.

01 · The brief

Twelve standalone listings, no shared spine.

Each product stood on its own — separate URLs, copy and tracking, with reviews spread thin across records and ad analytics that couldn't tell one format from another. Growth meant more one-off listings, not a system.

02 · What we're building

Four lines × three formats, behind one selector.

Twelve products re-architected into 4 learning lines × 3 formats (book / flashcards / premium bundle). Each format keeps its own URL, copy and analytics identity, presented behind a format selector that behaves like a variant picker — shoppers switch format without losing context. Reviews pool per line via Judge.me Product Groups. Ad-tracking and analytics are rebuilt so every format is measurable on its own.

03 · Status

Foundation + pilot line first.

Foundation and the first pilot line are in progress (milestone 1 of 4). We stage and verify each line before rolling the pattern across the catalog. Results get added once launched — we publish numbers we can measure, not projections.
