Where we aim
We're working to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA on luma-e.com, in English and Vietnamese.
What we checked
On 6 November 2026 we ran axe-core on every page in our sitemap (194 pages), tested 320px reflow, keyboard focus and text spacing, and went through the menus and forms by hand.
Automated tools catch around 40% of accessibility problems. Some will be missed, so please tell us if you hit one.
What you can rely on
- A skip link on every page, and a visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text).
- Every form field has a label. Errors are read out and focus moves to the field.
- A pause button for animations on the home, B2B and Playbook pages. It starts paused if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages reflow down to 320px wide without sideways scrolling. Code samples and wide tables scroll inside their own box, and you can reach them with the keyboard.
Known limits
- These Vietnamese pages still have English text: About, Partners, Services, Contact, Audit, News, Privacy and Terms. They're marked as English for screen readers.
- Some blog posts have long code samples that need sideways scrolling inside the sample.
- Third-party tools we link to, such as booking and analytics, follow their own accessibility rules. We don't control them.
