CASE · SHOPIFY LIFECYCLE + STOREFRONT REDESIGN
No lifecycle email, dated pages.
Cashmere brand, tightened end to end.
Due Toscani sells Italian cashmere knitwear direct-to-consumer on Shopify, in Italian and English. There was no lifecycle marketing catching drop-offs, overlapping native automations firing, and homepage/product pages that didn't show the range well. We set up the lifecycle layer, cleaned the automation stack, and redesigned the storefront.
Drop-offs went uncaught; the storefront undersold the range.
No abandoned-cart or checkout recovery, duplicate native automations overlapping, and a homepage + product page that didn't present the colour range or capture new subscribers.
Lifecycle in, duplicates out, storefront redesigned.
Bilingual (IT/EN) abandoned-cart and abandoned-checkout flows in Klaviyo, timed across three touches with a one-time code on the final email. New-product push campaigns via PushOwl. Overlapping native Shopify automations disabled and the whole flow QA'd end to end. Homepage rebuilt (hero → newsletter welcome → featured products) and the product page redesigned with a colour-swatch selector that swaps the main image per colour.
Live; redesign shipping on a theme copy.
Lifecycle flows and push are live. The storefront redesign is built on a copy of the theme and reviewed before publish, so the live store stays untouched during the work. Performance numbers follow once the flows have run a full window.
STOREFRONT NOT SELLING THE RANGE?
Lifecycle email + a storefront
tightened end to end.
Same lifecycle + storefront redesign we shipped for Due Toscani — recovery flows in, duplicate automations out, pages that show the range.
