From invisible to
named by ChatGPT.
DreamFly Edu is a Vietnamese consultancy for study-abroad and migration to Australia, with an office in Liverpool NSW (Sydney). At baseline, no AI assistant mentioned it for any buyer question — 0 of 40 cells. Six weeks later ChatGPT names and correctly describes it for the core buying questions — while Google's AI answers haven't caught up yet, and we say so. Measured the same way, before (2026-09-07) and after (2026-09-21): 3 engines, 20 prompts.
Buyers ask an AI before they contact an agency.
Vietnamese people researching study-abroad or migration to Australia increasingly ask ChatGPT and Google AI first — "which Australia study-abroad agency is good", "subclass 500 visa cost", "RPL / skilled migration", "study in Sydney" — and act on the names that come back.
If the assistant never names you, you're invisible at the exact moment a buyer is deciding — not because the website is bad, but because the machine can't read you, or doesn't know you exist. That gap never shows in web analytics, because the visit never happens.
Make the site machine-readable, then measure it — before and after.
Before this work, AI assistants couldn't read the store correctly (a broken web-shell) and there was no AI-readiness layer. We fixed the parts that stop an assistant from reading the real content, then re-ran the exact same measurement to see what moved.
- Cleaned up the rendering layer so agents can read the site's real content, not a broken shell.
- Entity clarity — consistent agency name and the Liverpool NSW (Sydney) office, so assistants resolve who DreamFly Edu is.
- Six weeks of structured content around the real buyer questions — choosing an agency, cost, subclass 500 visa, RPL, skilled migration, studying in Sydney.
- Cleared the pool of junk URLs in Search Console left by the earlier shell.
The same 20 prompts, before and after — every cell scored.
We ran 20 prompts — 18 real buyer-intent questions with no brand name, plus 2 direct questions about the company — across ChatGPT web, Google AI Mode and Gemini. Each cell was scored mentioned, cited or absent.
We ran the identical prompt set at baseline (2026-09-07) and after (2026-09-21). Every number is tied to one prompt, one engine and one date, so it can be re-run.
ChatGPT started naming DreamFly Edu for the buying questions.
On ChatGPT web, DreamFly Edu went from 0/18 at baseline to 6/18 (33%) — named and cited for the core buying questions: top agencies, cost + who to choose, subclass 500 visa, RPL, skilled migration, and studying in Sydney. On the two named-entity prompts, all three engines described the positioning correctly — Australia focus, the study → visa → migration path, the Liverpool NSW office — with 0 fabricated details.
Google AI Mode stayed at 0/18 (0%) and Gemini at 0/4 — see the honest part below. The table shows the after snapshot per prompt; every cell was absent for every engine at baseline.

Google hasn't caught up — and we won't claim it did.
Two things stated plainly. First, Google AI Mode is still 0%. Google's AI surface leans on its index, and the index recovers more slowly than a model that browses the web live like ChatGPT — the junk-URL pool has started to shrink (the right direction), but the real content isn't re-indexed yet. We don't promise a date for Google; we report what we see.
Second, we can't isolate causation: the site was cleaned and six weeks of content ran at the same time, so we won't say "X caused Y". What we can say truthfully: DreamFly Edu began appearing on ChatGPT for the industry's buying questions, and Google is still waiting on its index. Reporting the surface that hasn't moved is where this measurement earns its trust.
Named by ChatGPT for buyer questions
From 0 of 40 cells at baseline to 6 of 18 core buying questions on ChatGPT (33%) in six weeks — top agencies, cost, subclass 500 visa, RPL, skilled migration, Sydney.
Positioning described accurately
On the named-entity prompts, all three engines described DreamFly Edu right — Australia focus, study → visa → migration, Liverpool NSW office — with 0 fabricated details.
Google AI Mode — not yet
Google's AI answers still don't surface DreamFly Edu; index recovery lags a live-browsing model. We report the surface that hasn't moved, and don't promise a date.
Independent signal: after the cleanup, the site's junk-URL pool in Search Console shrank ~44K (the right direction); the real content isn't re-indexed yet — consistent with Google's AI answers still lagging.
