CASE · SHOPIFY · UI/UX → MAINTENANCE

Built it from UI/UX to ops.
It sold. They came back.

Powrplus was a Shopify brand LUMA-E built from the ground up — UI/UX design, store build, and ongoing maintenance across the full lifecycle. The brand performed well enough that the owner sold it, and has since come back to build the next one. That return is the case study.

01 · The brief

A brand, owned end-to-end.

Powrplus wasn't a one-off build — it was a brand carried across its whole lifecycle: design it, build it, and keep it running. The owner wanted a partner for all of it, not just launch.

02 · What we did

UI/UX, build, and maintenance.

We owned the full lifecycle — from the first interface decisions through to keeping the store healthy after launch.

  • UI/UX design from scratch
  • Full Shopify store build
  • Ongoing maintenance + support across the lifecycle
  • A store stable enough to grow — and to sell
03 · Outcome

Performed, sold — and they came back.

The brand performed well enough that the owner sold it, then returned to LUMA-E to build the next one. A repeat founder is the clearest signal the first build worked.
