NexAuto is a Dubai car-service brand built around convenience — transparent pricing, free pickup and delivery, and warranty-backed service. LUMA-E owned the full build cycle: UI/UX design through to integration, a booking system, and service-contract flows that let customers run car maintenance entirely online.

Make car maintenance feel effortless.

Car servicing in the UAE meant lost hours and unclear pricing. NexAuto's premise was the opposite: book online, free pickup and delivery, upfront pricing, warranty-backed work. Delivering that promise meant a platform that handles booking, service contracts, and the operations behind them — not just a brochure site.
