Whose email domain sends client comms?
Yours. We work from your project channels — Slack, Notion, email — with our own accounts, or under aliased accounts on your domain if you prefer. No luma-e.com signature reaches the client unless you want one.
Can we resell just the audit and skip implementation?
Yes. The 2-week audit is a stand-alone product. Many partners resell it as a paid discovery that converts into their own implementation engagement.
What's the minimum commitment?
One audit. There is no quarterly minimum, no retainer floor, and no shelf-space fee. You pay per engagement.
How do you handle credit and case studies?
By default, all work publishes under partner brand. If a case study is co-marketable, we ask in writing; the client always gets sign-off. Silence = no case study.
