Privacy Policy

LUMA-E (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We don't sell data. We don't run retargeting on personal data. We use the data we collect to run our consultancy.

1. What we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact info — name, email, company, URL — when you fill out a form or send us a message.
  • Audit data — your store URL and email when you run our free AI audit. We fetch your public HTML and run PageSpeed Insights against your URL.
  • Analytics data — anonymized via Vercel Analytics and Plausible. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.
  • Engagement data— emails, Slack messages, call notes — when you're an active client or prospect, kept in our CRM.

2. Why we collect it

To deliver services you asked for, send the audit report you requested, follow up on inquiries, run our business operations, and comply with tax + legal requirements in Vietnam where LUMA-E is based.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the following processors, each under their own privacy policy:

  • Vercel — hosting + analytics
  • Plausible — privacy-first analytics
  • Cloudflare — CDN + security
  • Calendly — call scheduling
  • Google (Workspace) — email + docs
  • Klaviyo / HubSpot — CRM (only with active clients)

We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing leo@luma-e.com. We respond within 30 days. Under GDPR and CCPA you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

5. Retention

We retain prospect data for 24 months from last contact. Active client data is retained for the duration of engagement plus 7 years for tax/legal compliance. Audit data is retained for 12 months unless you become a client.

6. Cookies

We use one functional cookie to remember your consent preference. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
