Terms of Service — StockBridge

These terms govern your use of StockBridge (“the app”, “we”), an inventory management app for Shopify operated by LUMA-E. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. The service

StockBridge helps Shopify merchants manage purchase orders, forecast demand, and sync inventory. The app is read-only by default; inventory writes are performed only at your explicit request using safe compare-and-swap checks, with a full audit trail.

2. Your account and store

• You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on that store.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the operational data you enter (suppliers, purchase orders, costs, adjustments).
• You are responsible for keeping your Shopify account secure.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s billing system. Charges, trials, and cancellations follow Shopify’s billing rules. Uninstalling the app cancels future charges.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to violate laws or Shopify’s terms.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the app without written permission.

5. Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. StockBridge does not collect or store your customers’ personal information. On uninstall, your store data is deleted within 48 hours in line with Shopify’s shop/redact webhook.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Forecasts and recommendations are informational — you remain responsible for purchasing decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LUMA-E is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or if required to comply with law or Shopify’s platform requirements.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
