StockBridge (“the app”, “we”) is an inventory management app for Shopify — purchase orders, demand forecasting, and inventory sync. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how we use it, and your choices. By installing StockBridge you agree to this policy.
To provide inventory features, the app accesses and stores the following data from your Shopify store:
We do not collect or store your customers’ personal information. StockBridge works with inventory, supplier, and purchase-order data only — not customer names, addresses, emails, or payment details.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We use trusted third parties strictly to run the app:
These providers process data only to deliver their service to us and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations.
We retain your data while the app is installed. When you uninstall StockBridge, Shopify notifies us and we delete your store’s data within 48 hours, in line with Shopify’s mandatory shop/redact webhook. Because we do not store customer personal data, customers/data_request returns that no customer personal data is held, and customers/redact is acknowledged with no data to erase.
Access tokens and data are stored securely with access controls. Inventory writes are guarded by compare-and-swap checks and a full audit trail, so changes are traceable and reversible.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
